What we collect

Your name, email, phone number, the date, time and size of your party, and any note you add. We also record how you reached this page (for example, from an ad or from Instagram), and basic technical data such as your browser type and IP address.

What we use it for

• To hold your table. Your reservation is entered in the restaurant's reservation book, which is run on Resy.
• To send you the confirmation and your code, and to contact you about this reservation if we need to.
• To know which of our ads bring guests in. For this we use measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We may send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and phone so a booking can be matched to an ad. Meta cannot read them back as plain text.
• To email you about special nights, only if you ticked that box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing text messages.
